Trust and Safety: Every Tasker must have a minimum of two years’ experience in the category that they apply for. After they apply, they are interviewed to make sure they are a good fit for the platform and for the categories that they have signed up for. They also have to complete on-boarding materials that train them on how to efficiently use the app, and describes our Code of Conduct.
Flexible Rescheduling: To avoid any charges, Asker reschedule at least 24 hours before the task is due to begin. This is so the Tasker assigned has enough time to amend his schedule to accommodate you.
